Our Mission
Sahara's mission is to improve the quality of life for women and their families and reduce the incidence of domestic violence in the Asian communities of Broward and Miami-Dade Counties, through public awareness, education and advocacy.

Sahara offers the following culturally appropriate services in several languages:

• Support and guidance in getting the help a victim needs.
• Educational forums, presentations, workshops, and speakers on Domestic Violence.
• Referrals to legal services, medical care, health care and shelter.
• Interpretation and translation services.
